The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return your item within 15 business days for a full refund. If you should choose to return your item, I cannot be held responsible for the postal or shipping system and any losses that occur. Once I receive the unwanted item, I will refund the full amount of your purchase, shipping costs included.

If you prefer to have an exchange (either for a different item or a duplicate of the item that is damaged or unsatisfactory) then please feel free to convo me and I will do my best to accommodate your wishes. If you decide to get a duplicate of the same item, you will only need to pay shipping and handling charges. If you instead prefer to purchase a more expensive item, you will only be responsible for paying the difference between the two products plus shipping and handling.

Payment

All items are made to sell are made from my copyrighted designs. The item that you see in the listing is the one that you purchase. If you have a special request or order, please message me with your specifications and I will set up a special listing with your name for you to add to your cart once the item is complete. The total price includes the price of the item and the shipping and/or tax costs that are required. PLEASE NOTE: If you are outside of the United States, you may be responsible to pay an additional customs or VAT fee that is not included in the price or shipping of the item when you pick up your package. I have no control over these fees and am not held responsible for any additional fees you may have to pay within your country.

Shipping

Once you have paid for your product(s) I will ship them (weather and other events permitting) within 3-5 business days. I ship with low profile and lightweight bubble mailers in order to lower or maintain reasonable costs. PLEASE NOTE: If you are outside of the United States, you may be responsible to pay an additional customs or VAT fee that is not included in the price or shipping of the item when you pick up your package. I have no control over these fees and am not held responsible for any additional fees you may have to pay within your country. I also cannot be held responsible for items purchased once I have shipped them. Any problems, damages or losses that occur during shipping should be handled with the postal service or shipping company. If you receive your item and it is damaged, please refer to my refund policy in order to get a refund or an exchange.

 

Privacy

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Shopify to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact me directly. Your email and contact information is not sold or used in any way. I do not retain your contact information to sell or use beyond the scope of your order.

 

Officially Licensed Merchandise

The art depicted on the products listed for sale is wholly original to me. Sarah J. Maas has not collaborated with me in any way in the creation of the art, and the traits of any characters depicted in the art is in no way based on any foreknowledge by me of the traits of any characters in future books by Sarah J. Maas.
